To ensure long-lasting adhesion of the three Velcro patches on the thumb support, we recommend gently hand washing with water and neutral detergent after attaching the Velcro patches (refer to the accompanying instructions for details).

Do the straps on the palm interfere with hand use?

In most cases, the straps wrap around the back of the hand rather than the palm, so they do not affect hand movement and use. If your hands are very slim, you can slightly loosen the straps.
